What we collect
The analysis-kit form collects your name, your contact details, your postal address and your postal code. The callback form collects a phone number and a time slot. The client area keeps your installation number, your order history and your Water Score. No so-called "sensitive" data is requested.
What we do with it
Three uses, not one more: posting your kit, returning your Water Score, and calling you back if you asked for it. No resale, no rental, no unsolicited campaign.
Where your data lives
Hosting and any processors will be documented here at launch. This demonstration, for its part, transmits nothing: form submissions are simulated locally, with no remote write.
For how long
Retention periods will be specified here, aligned with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP).
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection: on simple request to the house (see the Support page). Governing law: Swiss law.
Audience measurement
The demonstration logs usage events locally, with no remote write. The production tooling — measurement and consent — will be documented here before any launch.
