VAT and invoicing
Quotes and invoices for the Austrian market are drawn up in euros. The VAT regime applicable to cross-border sales and services, at the Austrian rate in force, is specified at launch.
Consumer rights
In accordance with Austrian consumer-protection law (Konsumentenschutzgesetz, KSchG, and the Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz, FAGG), the consumer’s statutory rights — including the fourteen-day right of withdrawal for distance sales — apply in full. The competent arbitration body and the EU online dispute-resolution platform are indicated at launch.
Intellectual property
Brand, texts, watermarks and visuals belong to the house or to their rights holders. Any reproduction requires prior written consent.
Credits
Typefaces used under licence. The images of the site are produced by the house — the watermarked placeholders of this demonstration will be replaced at the visual-production stage.
Governing law
For relations with consumers established in Austria: mandatory Austrian consumer-protection provisions apply, and the Austrian courts have jurisdiction under public-policy rules. The articulation with the Geneva registered office is specified at launch.
